Gather your co-workers, students, family and friends to walk or run in this scenic downhill 8K (4.96 mile) race from Balboa Park through downtown San Diego to Pantoja Park. Highway 163 will be closed to cars and turned over to runners and walkers for this special event. And did we mention it's downhill?
Assemble a team now and you can take advantage of the team meeting area at the start and the reunion area at the finish. You can bring your team's banner, wear team costumes and even sing a team song or shout a cheer! Every team will be recognized and those with the fastest participants and the most participants will WIN PRIZES!

Register your team by signing up online or by faxing your team captain registration form (in your team packet) to (760) 692-2901.
Read everything in your team packet! The more you know about the race, the better team captain you will be!
Complete the team entry form with your contact info and due date (be sure to select
a date early enough to allow sufficient time to organize everything and turn into Race Headquarters by April 15). If you're using online team registration, you need to collect entry forms for only team members who DID NOT register online.
All team packets are due and online team registration will close by 5 p.m. Tuesday,
April 15. There will be NO deadline extensions and NO late team entry forms accepted. Registration on or after April 16 will be for individuals.
Pick up your team race-day packet (your team's bib numbers and T-shirts) at our team packet pick-up and pre-registration event Tuesday, April 29, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Road Runner Sports, 5553 Copley Drive. This pre-registration event is so that you can distribute bibs and T-shirts BEFORE race day.
Cost:
Each team participant must complete a team registration form and pay the team entry fee of $25 per person due by April 15, 2008.
